About Dr. Jacobson

Dr. Jacobson is a member of the Bio-identical Hormone Society, the Bioidentical Hormone Initiative, the International Hormone Society and is a charter member of AgeMD.com. He is a Board certified gynecologist and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists who has been in private practice for over thirty years. Dr. Jacobson is licensed to practice in Connecticut, New York and California. His primary office is located in Greenwich, Connecticut, less than 45 minutes from Manhattan and directly across from the main entrance of Greenwich Hospital.

For three decades Dr. Jacobson has treated thousands of women made uncomfortable from the loss of estrogen production as they enter menopause.
